In our light steel construction systems, the process consists of three main stages where the precision of digital design meets advanced manufacturing technology:
1. Design and Architectural Concept
Your project is first developed through 2D plans. Once the interior layout, door and window openings, and overall dimensions are finalized, the structure is converted into a 3D (Solid) model. At this stage, floor heights, roof form, truss spacing, and floor details are integrated into the system, allowing the architectural character of the building to be concretely defined in the digital environment.
2. Intelligent Engineering and TEOCAD Integration
The completed architectural design is transferred to our proprietary software, TEOCAD. Within the TEOCAD program, horizontal and vertical profile spacing within panels, panel segmentation based on transportation and weight considerations, and the addition of seismic bracing at required locations are carried out. After these processes, the project undergoes structural analysis, and steel thicknesses are determined.
Panel Optimization: Panels are divided into sections according to transportation and weight calculations.
Structural Control: The structure is reinforced with seismic bracing; profile thicknesses (0.8mm – 1.2mm) are individually determined for each panel based on structural load calculations.
Material Efficiency: Profile spacing is adjusted according to the selected cladding materials to minimize material waste.
3. Structural Strength and Intelligent Floor System
In light steel systems, every component performs a load-bearing function. Therefore, in your project:
Floors: Typically arranged at 30 cm intervals and oriented in different directions to control structural movement.
Strength: Structural durability is maximized through additional seismic bracing at critical points.
Flexibility: The system allows architectural creativity; wide cantilevers or circular forms can be safely implemented.
4. Production with TEOTECH Technology
Digitally approved engineering data is transferred directly to our TEOTECH machines. Steel profiles manufactured with millimetric precision are prepared for a fast and error-free installation process on site.
