Steel Frame Installation
Process: Anchoring factory-produced panels onto the concrete foundation.
Detail: Wall panels, load-bearing skeleton, and seismic bracings are installed at this stage. The entire static structure of the building is established.
Plumbing and Electrical Systems
Process: Routing electrical and clean/waste water pipes through steel profiles.
Detail: Thanks to pre-drilled service holes in the steel, infrastructure can be prepared without breaking or cutting.
Roof Installation
Process: Installing OSB sheathing, vapor barrier, and standing seam roof over steel trusses.
Detail: The roof is closed to protect the interior and insulation materials from rain.
Exterior Cladding
Process: Covering the steel frame with a vapor barrier, followed by water- and moisture-resistant fiberglass exterior cladding panels.
Detail: The building envelope is created, providing the first layer of protection against external weather conditions.
Insulation
Process: Placing high-density mineral wool between the profiles of exterior and interior walls.
Detail: This is the primary layer providing thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation.
Interior Wall Covering
Process: Covering the insulated walls with gypsum boards.
Detail: Plumbing and mineral wool remain under this layer, creating smooth interior walls.
Ceiling Installation
Process: Installing the ceiling frame and mounting gypsum boards.
Detail: The ceiling is closed after insulation is completed.
Intermediate Floor Installation (for Multi-Story Buildings)
Process: Completing the upper layers of the intermediate floor.
Detail: Structural rigidity and acoustic insulation between floors are completed at this stage.
Screed Application
Process: Leveling the floor and intermediate slabs to create a smooth surface for final flooring.
PVC Window Installation
Process: Installing heat-insulated PVC windows.
Detail: External airflow is fully blocked, preparing the interior for painting and finishing.
Plastering and Painting (Interior and Exterior)
Exterior: Applying mesh plaster over exterior insulation boards, followed by Marshall/Filli paint.
Interior: Applying plaster, satin finish, sanding, and final coat of interior paint over gypsum boards.
Ceramic and Laminate Flooring
Ceramic: Installing floor and wall tiles in wet areas such as bathrooms and toilets.
Laminate: Installing laminate flooring over underlay in rooms and living areas.
Interior and Steel Doors
Interior Doors: Installing white lacquered interior doors.
Steel Door: Installing the main entrance composite steel door.
Detail: Doors are installed after flooring and painting to prevent potential damage during construction.
