In our collective light steel villa project realized in Istanbul / Şile, aesthetic and technical performance were addressed together through carefully developed architectural details that reinforce a modern design language. Anthracite-toned surfaces and vertically emphasized cladding elements create a dynamic and contemporary architectural identity. Generously sized and strategically positioned window systems maximize natural daylight, establishing a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces.
The standing seam metal system was utilized not only on the roof but also as part of the façade design, creating a holistic architectural expression. Thanks to its superior water-tightness performance, long service life, and low maintenance requirements, the standing seam system enhances structural durability. Working in integration with the light steel structural system, the project delivers high structural safety and advanced insulation performance, resulting in a sustainable and contemporary living solution.
