The Evreşe Two-Story Residential Complex Project is a light gauge steel construction project located in Evreşe, Çanakkale, consisting of a total of 4 two-story residences. Each residence was designed with an area of 296 m², resulting in a total building area of 1,184 m².
Designed with a modern architectural approach and a focus on high structural performance, the project utilizes a light gauge steel structural system.
As part of the project, 14 cm light gauge steel framing with rock wool insulation was applied to the exterior walls, while the interior walls feature 9 cm light gauge steel framing with rock wool insulation. The roof system was constructed using a standing seam metal roofing solution installed over OSB sheathing.
